Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Orveet, every product is made to order and printed specifically for you. As a Print-on-Demand service, we do not hold inventory and begin production only after an order is placed. Because of this custom nature, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Refunds & Replacements Eligibility
We will offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or design).

The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

There are major print errors that do not match your approved design.
To request a review, submit your claim within 5 days of delivery with:

Order ID
-
A clear photo showing the issue
-
A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, a refund or free replacement will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not offered for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

Minor color variations due to screen differences or printing processes

Delivery delays caused by courier partners (assistance will be provided to escalate the issue, but refunds will not be issued)
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

After this window, production begins and cancellations cannot be processed.
4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For replacements, production begins immediately after approval and ships within standard production timelines.
